Terms of Use

Effective date: 3 August 2026

These terms apply to visitors and customers using our websites and Adtro-hosted merchant storefronts.

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use govern your access to public Adtro Media websites and digital storefronts, ordering pages, booking tools, queues, loyalty features, and related customer experiences hosted by Adtro Media Pte. Ltd. (“Adtro Media”, “we”, or “us”). By using them, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you place an order or booking with a merchant, that merchant's displayed terms and policies also apply.

2. The merchant is the seller

Each storefront identifies the independent merchant that offers the goods or services. The merchant—not Adtro Media—is the seller, service provider, and party to the order, booking, loyalty programme, refund, cancellation, delivery, collection, or customer-service arrangement. Adtro Media supplies the technology and does not manufacture, prepare, inspect, endorse, deliver, or guarantee a merchant's goods or services.

3. Storefront information

Merchants control their names, descriptions, images, prices, availability, opening hours, preparation times, service details, dietary or allergen information, policies, and promotions. Information can change and may contain errors or become unavailable. Contact the merchant before ordering if information is important to your decision.

4. Orders, bookings, and requests

Submitting an order, booking, queue entry, or other request does not guarantee acceptance. The merchant may accept, reject, modify, or cancel it, including because of availability, capacity, pricing errors, verification issues, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions. Check the details you submit. A confirmation generated by the platform records the request or merchant status shown; it is not an Adtro Media guarantee of fulfilment.

5. Prices and payments

Prices, taxes, service charges, deposits, discounts, refunds, and accepted payment methods are set by the merchant unless clearly identified as an Adtro Media charge. Payments may be handled by Stripe, PayNow, a cashier, or another method the merchant offers. Third-party payment terms apply. Adtro Media does not hold customer funds for merchant transactions and is not responsible for a bank or payment provider's authorisation, settlement, reversal, chargeback, or outage.

6. Fulfilment, cancellations, and refunds

The merchant is responsible for preparation, fulfilment, collection, table service, delivery where offered, cancellations, refunds, complaints, and remedies. Contact the merchant using the storefront contact details first. Adtro Media support may help with a technical problem but cannot compel a merchant to accept, fulfil, refund, or resolve a transaction.

7. Food, allergens, regulated, and professional services

If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, medical concerns, or other safety requirements, contact the merchant directly before ordering and do not rely only on platform or AI-generated information. Merchants are responsible for licensing, suitability, warnings, age checks, professional qualifications, and legal restrictions. The platform does not provide medical, legal, financial, nutritional, or other professional advice and is not an emergency service.

8. Guest sessions, loyalty, and customer details

Some features use a guest session, browser storage, WhatsApp number, or other identifier to preserve a cart, order status, booking, wallet, loyalty points, or preferences. Keep devices and links secure and provide accurate contact information. Loyalty points, rewards, prepaid balances, expiry, eligibility, and redemption rules are established by the merchant. Do not access another person's session, wallet, order, or personal data.

9. WhatsApp and other communications

If you provide a number or initiate a conversation, the merchant and its service providers may send messages needed to respond to you or operate the transaction. Marketing messages require the permissions applicable to the merchant and channel. You may opt out of marketing or block the sender. WhatsApp, Meta, telecommunications, and device-provider terms and charges may also apply.

10. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or infringing activity
  • Do not submit false orders, payment evidence, bookings, reviews, identities, or contact details
  • Do not upload malware or content you have no right to use
  • Do not scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or other restrictions except where law expressly permits
  • Do not use automated means to access the service without our written permission

11. Content and intellectual property

The Adtro Media software, design, trademarks, and platform content are owned by or licensed to us. Merchant names, marks, and content belong to the merchant or its licensors. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the public service for personal, lawful transactions. If you submit content, you retain your rights but give us and the relevant merchant a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display it as needed to provide the requested feature.

12. Third-party services and availability

The service depends on merchants, networks, browsers, devices, Meta/WhatsApp, Stripe, cloud infrastructure, and other third parties. Features may be delayed, interrupted, changed, suspended, or unavailable. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not promise continuous, secure, or error-free availability.

13. Disclaimers and consumer rights

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Adtro Media provides the public platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis and disclaims implied warranties relating to the platform. We do not warrant merchant content, goods, services, conduct, availability, safety, legality, quality, or fitness for purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a guarantee, remedy, liability, or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, restrict, or modify.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adtro Media is not liable for a merchant's goods, services, acts or omissions, or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the public service. Our total aggregate liability to you arising from the public service is limited to S$100. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15. Suspension, termination, and changes

We may restrict or terminate access to protect users or the platform, investigate abuse, comply with law or provider rules, or respond to a breach. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date and giving reasonable notice where appropriate. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the public service.

16. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Subject to rights that cannot be waived, the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction. For an order or service issue, contact the merchant first. For an Adtro Media technical or legal question, contact Adtro Media Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202519799G) at contactus@adtromedia.com. Our registered office is Jean Yip Building, #06-01, Kaki Bukit Place, Singapore 415926.
