Product overview
What is Adtro Media?
Adtro is a Singapore business software platform that connects point of sale, online storefronts, orders, inventory, customer records, loyalty, messaging, reporting, bookkeeping and AI for F&B and retail SMEs.
- No app
- Customers order from a link or a QR code
- One record
- Every channel, one customer profile
- SGD + PayNow
- Built and run in Singapore
- From S$29
- Per month, 14 days free to try
How it fits together
One transaction. Everything stays in sync.
Follow a single sale through the systems it touches. Nothing below is re-typed by a person — each part of the business already knows, because it is the same platform.
One order
#1048
Table 12 · dine-in
S$24.80
Step 1 of 9 · Storefront
Diner scans the table QR and orders
A diner scans the QR on table 12, opens your live menu on their own phone, and orders. Nothing to install, no account to create.
The problem
Your business shouldn't need six systems to understand one sale
The terminal doesn't know the catalogue. The booking app doesn't know the customer. Stock is in a spreadsheet that is already wrong, and the invoices are in a shoebox.
Today
Disconnected
- Card terminal
- Stock spreadsheet
- WhatsApp on someone's phone
- Booking or appointment app
- Punch-card loyalty
- Delivery or courier portal
- Separate customer list
- Shoebox of supplier invoices
With Adtro
Connected
- One catalogue, behind every channel
- One order history, counter and online
- One customer record, with loyalty attached
- One stock record, down to the variant
- One set of books, from your own documents
- One dashboard, one login, one bill
The platform
Four things a business has to get right
Adtro is a large platform, so it is organised around the jobs rather than the modules. Each one is a promise first and a feature list second.
Sell
Take the order wherever the customer is standing
One catalogue behind the counter, the QR code, the link and the chat.
A QR on the table or the shelf, a WhatsApp link, or a plain URL opens your live catalogue on any phone. No app store, no download, nothing to install before somebody can buy from you.
- Point of sale in the browser, on the hardware you already have
- Web and QR storefront on your own domain
- Dine-in, pickup, delivery and counter sales in one order queue
- Bookings, reservations and a walk-in queue
- PayNow, card via Stripe, or settle at the counter
Operate
Run the day without re-typing anything
The floor, the stockroom and the courier reading the same numbers.
Orders from every channel land in the same board as your walk-ins, and the board speaks your trade — Preparing and Ready in a kitchen, Packing and Packed in a stockroom.
- Order management across every channel and outlet
- Inventory with per-variant stock for size, colour and style
- A stock ledger recording every movement and its reason
- Returns and exchanges that put the unit back into sellable stock
- Delivery queue with courier booking and tracking to the door
Keep customers
Every sale builds an asset you actually own
A customer list that is yours, on the channel your customers already use.
Each order attaches to a customer record with its history and consent state. Loyalty runs itself, and messages reach people where they already are rather than in an inbox nobody opens.
- CRM with order history, spend and consent records
- Loyalty points, stamp cards, member tiers and a wallet
- Vouchers and prepaid packages
- Order updates and replies over WhatsApp
- Telegram as a second channel, with no per-message fee
Understand & automate
Ask the business a question instead of building a report
Books that keep themselves, and assistants that read your own records.
Revenue posts to the books on the day it was earned. Supplier bills are read into line items rather than totals. And the assistants answer from your documents and your orders, not from the internet.
- Books and GST: bank import, expense capture, P&L, period close
- Reporting per outlet, per channel and per product
- iBot for your staff, eBot for your customers
- Three department experts: finance, HR and operations
- Anything that changes a record comes back as a card you approve first
Industries
Built around how your business actually works
Pick your trade at signup and the dashboard reshapes around it — the catalogue, the order board's vocabulary, the fields on a product, and what the storefront opens on.
From the table QR to the last supplier invoice
Dine-in, pickup, and delivery run off one menu. The kitchen and the front of house look at the same board, and the cost of every dish comes off the invoices you already receive.
The customer's phone
- Table-specific QR opens the menu for that outlet and table
- Required and optional modifier groups — spice level, add-ons
- Lunch, dinner, and promo prices as per-dish availability windows
- Reservations, reminders, and a walk-in queue
The floor and the pass
- Kitchen view and service view off the same order queue
- Floor plan and table management
- POS for counter sales, with split and partial payment
- Served-but-unpaid tracked as its own column
The back office
- Supplier invoices scanned into line items, not just totals
- Recipe costing — what a dish costs against what it sells for
- Stock ledger across sales, returns, and adjustments
- GST-ready books, closed period by closed period
A shop that sells over the counter and over a link
The same product record carries the barcode, the cost price, the supplier, and the shipping weight. Sell it at the counter or ship it — the stock ledger and the customer record do not care which.
The customer's phone
- Storefront opens on the shop, not on a menu
- Size, colour, and style variants with their own stock and price
- Pickup or delivery, paid by PayNow, card, or at the counter
- New arrival, best seller, and clearance tagging
The counter
- POS with barcode, cost price, vendor, weight, and dimensions
- Order board that says Packing and Packed, never Preparing
- Returns and exchanges that put the unit back into stock
- Delivery queue with courier booking and tracking through to the door
The back office
- Every stock movement written to a ledger, per product and per variant
- Par levels per product, so reordering is a number and not a hunch
- Supplier bills, credit notes, and payment allocation
- Margin on what actually sold, not on the catalogue price
Adtro AI
AI that knows your actual business
Not a chatbot bolted onto a website. The assistants read your own orders, stock, documents and records — and anything that would change a record comes back as a card you approve first.
Which products are running low?
3 products need attention
- Black Tee / M2 left
- Oat Milk 1L4 left
- Gift Box Large3 left
Real jobs, not clever answers
Ask what is running low and it counts your stock, per variant, and tells you which three items need attention. Ask what you usually pay a supplier and it reads the bills you actually received.
- Answers come from your records, not from the internet
- Every proposed change is shown before it happens
- The assistant lives inside the product, beside the work
Two assistants
One works for you. One works with your customers.
iBot
Works for you and your team
- Answers questions about your own business
- Reads your orders, stock, documents and records
- Imports a spreadsheet and maps the columns
- Prepares reports you would otherwise build by hand
- Proposes a change as a card you approve before it happens
eBot
Works with your customers
- Answers customer questions on WhatsApp, around the clock
- Uses your own menu, products and knowledge base
- Replies in the customer's language
- Hands over to a human when it should
Expert iBots
Three department experts for the work nobody wants to do
Finance, HR and operations — each one trained on its department's work and pointed at your own records.
Finance
FinBot
Reads supplier bills and bank statements into line items, keeps the ledger, reconciles the bank and closes the period. Ask what you usually pay for something and it answers off your own invoices.
HR
People
Employees, leave, pay runs, CPF and payslips — with the Singapore statutory dates already on the calendar rather than in someone's head.
Operations
The floor
Watches stock, par levels, suppliers and orders, and tells you what is about to run out before the shelf does.
Ask in plain English
“How much do I usually pay for bottles?” “Which invoices have an error?” “What is about to run out this week?”
How the experts are included
- Growth includes all three, running against your plan’s monthly AI allowance.
- Core can unlock a single expert from S$29/month — the one your business actually leans on.
When a monthly AI allowance runs out, that assistant pauses until it resets at the start of your next billing cycle. Orders, bookings, storefront and payments keep running, and nothing is charged as overage without you asking for it.
Switching
Already using another POS?
Bring the spreadsheet. Export your products from whatever you run today, upload the file, and iBot reads the columns and maps them to Adtro — names, prices, SKUs, stock and variants. You review what it found before anything is created.
- Upload a spreadsheet exported from your current system
- The columns are read and mapped for you, not typed in again
- Rows it is unsure about are held for review rather than guessed
- Nothing is created until you approve the import
I found 184 products and mapped 6 columns.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is Adtro Media?
Adtro Media is a Singapore software platform for F&B and retail businesses. It combines a mobile storefront, ordering, bookings, point of sale, delivery, inventory, returns and exchanges, customer relationship management, loyalty, WhatsApp tools, and AI assistants in one dashboard. A restaurant and a retail shop run on the same platform, and the dashboard changes its catalogue, order board, and storefront to match the trade you choose.
Can Adtro replace separate POS, ordering, inventory, and loyalty tools?
Yes. Adtro keeps the catalogue, counter and online orders, stock movements, customer records, and loyalty activity on one platform, so teams do not have to reconcile separate systems after every sale. Payment processors, messaging channels, and couriers remain connected services where the merchant chooses to use them.
Does Adtro handle delivery?
Yes. Delivery orders arrive in a dedicated queue with the address, the fee, and the fulfilment status. Merchants can book a supported courier, move a shipment through pickup and transit, and track it through to delivery or a failed attempt.
How does Adtro track stock?
Every stock change is written to a movement ledger — sales, returns, exchanges, and manual adjustments. Merchants can review the movement history per product or variant instead of reconciling a separate spreadsheet.
Can customers get updates outside WhatsApp?
Yes. Order updates can be delivered over WhatsApp or Telegram. The customer's identity stays on one record regardless of which channel the message goes out on.
Does Adtro work for a retail shop, not just a restaurant?
Yes. Retail is a fully supported vertical, not a relabelled restaurant. Products carry variants, barcodes, cost price, vendor, weight, and dimensions; the order board reads Packing and Packed; returns and exchanges restock; and the storefront opens on a shop rather than a menu.
What do the AI expert assistants do?
Beyond iBot for staff and eBot for customers, there are three department assistants — FinBot for finance, plus HR and Operations. They answer against your own orders, documents, and records, and any action that changes a record is presented for approval before it runs. Growth includes all three within its monthly AI allowance; on Core you can unlock an individual expert from S$29 a month.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. Customers open a merchant's mobile storefront from a web link or QR code. They can browse, order, book, and access supported loyalty features without installing a native app.
How do payments work?
Merchants can configure supported payment methods such as card payments through Stripe, PayNow QR transfers with payment-proof workflows, or payment at the counter. Available methods depend on the merchant's setup.
Does Adtro support Singapore GST and PayNow?
Yes. Adtro supports SGD pricing, GST-ready bookkeeping records and supported PayNow QR payment workflows. Merchants can also configure card payments through Stripe or payment at the counter, depending on their setup.
Does Adtro support loyalty programmes?
Yes. Supported loyalty tools include points, stamp cards, member tiers, vouchers, and a customer loyalty wallet. Merchants control their own programme settings and eligibility rules.
Is technical knowledge required?
No coding is required. Merchants configure their outlet, catalogue, storefront, operations, and supported integrations through the Adtro dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
Adtro offers a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. Current plan details and terms are published on the pricing page.
