Four channels, one storefront

Sell where your customers are already chatting

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Telegram all open the same storefront, land on the same order board, and send the update back to the same conversation. Your customer installs nothing.

One order, from the chat to the wallet

Step 1 of 5 · They message you where they already are

A customer messages your WhatsApp number — from a QR on the table, a link on your receipt, or the number they already had saved.

WhatsApp · Replies are free for 24 hours after a customer messages you. After that, order updates go as paid message templates.

The channels

Pick the ones your customers actually use

Connect your own accounts. Each one can open a different storefront, or all four can open the same one.

WhatsApp

The number your customers already have saved. The order, the updates and the receipt all stay in one thread they can scroll back through.

Replies are free for 24 hours after a customer messages you. After that, order updates go as paid message templates.

Instagram

A DM from your story, your bio link or a comment reply opens the same storefront — without sending anyone to an app store first.

Replies and order updates work for 24 hours after the customer messages you. Scheduled sends — reminders, cart nudges, campaigns — do not go to this channel at all.

Messenger

The Page people already message to ask whether you are open. Now the same conversation can take the order.

Replies and order updates work for 24 hours after the customer messages you. Scheduled sends — reminders, cart nudges, campaigns — do not go to this channel at all.

Telegram

No messaging window and no per-message fee, so this is the channel where reminders, nudges and campaigns are allowed as well as order updates.

No 24-hour window and no per-message charge. Reminders and campaigns can go here, not only replies.

What you get

Four front doors, one back office

Adding a channel adds a way in. It does not add a screen for your staff to watch or a catalogue for you to keep in step.

One catalogue behind all four

Change a price once. Every channel is opening the same storefront, so there is no second menu to keep in step — and nothing to un-publish when an item sells out.

One order board, not four inboxes

Orders from every channel land beside your dine-in, counter and delivery orders, each tagged with where it came from. Your staff learn one screen.

The reply goes back where it came from

A customer who ordered on Instagram is answered on Instagram. The platform records which channel the order arrived on and routes the update to it.

A wallet per channel, kept honest

Each chat channel carries its own loyalty wallet. Points stay attached to the identity that earned them rather than being silently merged into somebody else's record.

Before you decide

What each channel will and will not let you send

These rules come from the messaging platforms, not from your plan. They are here rather than in the help centre because they change which channel you should lean on.

Meta sets the 24-hour rule, not us

On Instagram and Messenger you may reply for 24 hours after a customer writes to you. Reminders, cart nudges and campaigns are not permitted on those two channels, so Adtro does not send them there.

WhatsApp charges for templates

Inside the 24-hour window, replies are free. Outside it, an order update goes as a paid template and Meta bills per message. Telegram has neither the window nor the fee.

You connect your own accounts

Your WhatsApp number, your Page, your Instagram account, your Telegram bot. They stay yours, and disconnecting one does not take your customer list with it.

Questions

Chat ordering, answered

Do my customers need to install anything to order?

No. Every channel opens the same web storefront in the phone's browser. Customers browse, order, pay and collect their loyalty points without installing a native app or creating an account.

Can I take orders on Instagram and Facebook Messenger?

Yes. Instagram and Messenger are supported ordering channels alongside WhatsApp and Telegram. A customer who messages your Instagram account or your Facebook Page gets a link to your storefront, and the order that follows is tagged with the channel it came from. Meta permits replies and order updates for 24 hours after the customer messages you; scheduled reminders and campaigns are not permitted on those two channels.

Which channel should I use for reminders and campaigns?

Telegram and WhatsApp. Telegram has no messaging window and no per-message fee, so reminders, cart nudges and campaigns can be sent there freely. On WhatsApp, messages outside the 24-hour window go as paid message templates. Instagram and Messenger do not accept scheduled sends at all.

Do all four channels share one order board?

Yes. Orders from every chat channel arrive on the same board as your dine-in, counter, pickup and delivery orders. Each order records the channel it originated on, so the update goes back to the conversation the customer started in.

What happens to loyalty points across channels?

Each chat channel carries its own loyalty wallet, and a customer who links a phone number keeps a wallet on that number. Points stay attached to the identity that earned them rather than being merged across accounts that have not been verified as the same person.

Do I need a separate WhatsApp Business account?

You connect your own accounts — your WhatsApp number, your Facebook Page, your Instagram account and your Telegram bot. They remain yours, and disconnecting a channel does not remove the customer records or order history built while it was connected.

Turn your chat inbox into a storefront

Connect a channel, publish your catalogue, and take the first order in the conversation your customer was already having with you.
