Storefronts

Published and maintained by Adtro Media

Storefronts (sidebar) holds each customer-facing ordering link. Each storefront sells from its own Location, so a second storefront means a second Location (Core includes one; more are on Growth).

  1. Create one from Launch: the name, your kind of business and address, a look, and an optional sample menu. The link's address (slug) comes from the name and can be changed later in the storefront's Settings › Identity.
  2. Products shown come from Products; a storefront sells from its Location's stock allocation.
  3. Open a storefront to manage it: Settings covers payment methods, delivery/pickup/dine-in options, delivery fees and the checkout policy text; Design controls look and layout.
  4. Publish when ready. From the list, Copy link and Get QR give you the storefront's link and a QR code for it; Unpublish takes it offline at once.

What waits for Publish: only the Design layout — sections, look, colours and pictures. Everything else is live the moment it saves: all of Settings (ordering, delivery, payments, channels), showing or hiding an item, prices, stock and promo codes. The storefront's name, link address, location and WhatsApp number are the exception inside Settings — they wait for the Save button, because a new link address stops already-shared links working.

Customers can open the link directly, scan its QR, or come in from your WhatsApp — messaging your number gets them a personal link that signs them in for points and order updates.

Deleting a storefront also removes its bookings rules, walk-in queue and payment reviews, so unpublish instead if you may want it back.

Faster: iBot inside your dashboard can walk you through this — or do it for you. Open Assistants and just ask.
