The sidebar has ten doors. Open one and its sub-pages appear underneath it.
- Home — what to set up next, and today at a glance.
- Storefronts — the customer-facing ordering links, one per Location. Design, orders and settings live inside each one.
- POS — the walk-in register.
- Orders — every order across your Locations. Underneath: Delivery (shipments) and Bookings (reservations, tables, walk-in queue).
- Products — your catalogue and stock. A restaurant sees this door as "Menu", a shop as "Products" — same screen.
- Customers — everyone who buys from you. Underneath: Segments (saved audiences) and Rewards (loyalty).
- Messages — the WhatsApp inbox. Underneath: Campaigns (ads), Social (posts) and WhatsApp (your Business connection).
- Assistants — iBot and the expert bots. Open the Sales assistant for Today, Enquiries, Quotes, Follow-ups and Import a list; those sales workspaces no longer sit in the sidebar.
- Reports — revenue, trends and best sellers.
- Settings — set-up you touch rarely: Locations, QR codes, Team, Packs, Business profile, AI models, Brand memory, Billing and Security.
Three levels sit behind those doors. Business is everything you sell and everyone you sell to. A Location is one physical place with its own stock and hours. A Storefront is one ordering link pointing at one Location — so two storefronts can share one kitchen.
Availability varies by plan and permissions, so some doors only show for certain roles or plans. Say what you are trying to do and the Guide will point you at the exact screen — and name the assistant that can do it for you, if one can.
