1. New campaign: set objective, budget and schedule, then the creative (headline, description, image, CTA) — a live preview shows exactly how customers see it.
2. Review and pay: the campaign goes to payment, then approval, then serves.
3. Draft campaigns show Resume setup; the list tracks status, spend, impressions, and clicks.
