iBot (me): ask about live business data, how to use any feature, or tell me to do things — imports, price changes, campaigns, loyalty changes. Changes always become pending actions a teammate confirms; I never change data silently.
Expert bots (Finance, Bookkeeping, Legal, HR, Marketing, Operations) go deeper in their specialty — switch via the bot selector. Availability depends on plan/packs (Settings > Packs).
Attach files (paperclip) to give me documents, spreadsheets, or menu PDFs/photos to work with.
Personality: managers can set the assistants' tone, voice notes, and an eBot customer greeting via the Personality button — your brand's voice on top of the platform rules.
Rate replies with 👍/👎 — thumbs-down replies are reviewed to improve the assistants.
