Click your avatar (top-right) > Settings > Billing for the current plan (Solo, Growth, Enterprise), usage, and upgrades — features like POS, expert bots, and higher AI usage unlock on higher plans.
Settings > Packs (sidebar) manages subscription packs that unlock specific expert bots.
For disputes or account deletion, contact the platform administrator.
