Operations > Bookings shows all reservations; confirm, seat, complete, cancel, or mark no-show from each booking.
Customers book through a store in booking mode (Stores > create/open one with booking enabled).
Policy settings — turn time, lead times, slot interval, party size limits, reminders — can be changed by asking me (e.g. "set booking slots to every 30 minutes, max party of 8") — I'll prepare the change for a teammate to confirm.
