Several brands on one login, and handing over ownership

One login can belong to more than one brand — for example if you run two businesses, or someone invited you to theirs. Open your avatar menu (top right): Switch brand lists every brand you belong to; pick one and the whole dashboard moves to it. Each brand keeps its own plan, team, data and bills.
Handing over ownership: Settings > Team, find the person (they must already be a member), and press Make owner on their card. Confirm with your password. The plan, card on file, payouts and all data stay with the brand — nothing is moved or re-billed. You stay on as a member, and only the new owner can give ownership back.
Roles: a role is a bundle of permissions, and a member can hold more than one. In Settings > Team > Roles, Start from a common role ticks the usual permissions for that job; change anything before you create the role. Only permissions available on your plan can be granted. Billing and plan changes need their own permission (Manage billing) — give it only to people who should change the plan or the card.
