Broadcasts (WhatsApp to many customers)

Campaigns > Broadcasts sends one approved message to many customers at once, from your own WhatsApp number.
- Pick the message format (a Meta-approved marketing template) and fill in its variables — you cannot free-type a broadcast, that is Meta's rule, not ours.
- Pick who gets it: a saved segment from Customers > Segments, or paste numbers.
- Customers who opted out are excluded automatically and cannot be added back by pasting their number.
- After sending, the same screen shows what each broadcast did and what it cost.
Two things it needs first: a connected number (Settings > WhatsApp connection) and a payment method on the Meta account — marketing messages are charged by Meta even inside the 24-hour window.
Or ask the Marketing assistant instead ("send a 10%-off broadcast to lapsed customers") — it drafts the send as a pending action for you to confirm, using an approved template.
