Link your social (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram)

Customers can message you on any channel you link, and each one can send them their ordering link.
- Open Messages, then Channel connections (or the Open button on Home's "Link your social" step).
- Pick the channel: WhatsApp (your Business number, through Meta's signup), Instagram or Messenger (sign in with the Facebook account that manages the Page), or Telegram (paste the token BotFather gave you).
- Once it shows as connected, Messages > Channels shows what it does — who it answers, where order updates go, and which storefront it opens.
What differs: WhatsApp and Telegram can send reminders and campaigns; Instagram and Messenger only reply within 24 hours of a customer's last message. Each channel keeps its own loyalty wallet for the customers who join from it.
Linking one is enough to start selling — add the others whenever you like.
