Delivery queue & shipments

Orders > Delivery is the dispatch queue: every order that has to travel, newest first, with the delivery fees they carry.
- Open shows what is still to go out; switch the view to see recent deliveries.
- Book with a courier where one is connected — Adtro requests the shipment, stores the tracking number and label, and moves the row to Booked.
- No courier connected? Advance the row by hand: Mark booked, Mark handed over, Mark on the way, Mark delivered, or Mark failed. The customer gets the status either way.
- Filter by tracking number, postal code or name, and by Location.
Delivery fees, zones, weight tiers, free-above thresholds and which couriers to offer are set per storefront — Storefronts > open one > Settings > Delivery. Two storefronts on the same kitchen can charge differently.
