Customers (sidebar) lists customer profiles with contact info, order and visit history, and loyalty progress. There is one customer list for the whole business — the same person is the same customer at every Location and every storefront. Profiles build automatically as customers order via WhatsApp. For insights in words — "top 10 customers by spend", "who hasn't visited in 60 days?" — open the Marketing assistant, which also drafts a WhatsApp campaign to a segment for you to confirm.
