Every dashboard page has a help button in the top bar — it opens the guide for the screen you are on, without leaving it. Help & Support (bottom of the sidebar) has all the guides plus platform contact options. Or ask Guide (Assistants > Guide, and the floating button on every page): it explains any feature and says which assistant does the work. For billing disputes or account deletion, contact the platform administrator.
Faster: iBot inside your dashboard can walk you through this — or do it for you. Open Assistants and just ask.
