Bulk import products (Excel/CSV)

Three ways to bulk-import products. The first two run through the Operations assistant (Assistants > Operations) — it is the assistant that owns the catalogue, and the only one that can read an attached file into it.
- Fastest — in the Operations assistant's chat: attach your Excel (.xlsx) or CSV with the paperclip and ask it to import them. Any column layout works; it reads the headers, maps the columns, and prepares an import that a teammate with inventory permission confirms with one tap.
- Menu PDF, photo or link — attach a PDF menu or a clear photo of your menu/price list in the same chat, or paste a link to it, and ask for it to be imported. Every item comes back with its price and category for one-tap confirmation.
- Template, no assistant needed — Products > Import > Download template. Fill the template sheet (name*, category*, price*, total_stock* required) and upload it on the same page. Invalid rows are skipped and listed so you can fix and re-upload.
