Payment methods (Stripe, PayNow QR, cashier)

Per storefront: Storefronts > open one > Settings > Payment.
- Stripe: card payments, captured automatically.
- PayNow QR: customer transfers and uploads a payment proof screenshot. With manual approval on, new orders wait in Orders where staff tap View proof and approve or reject.
- Pay at cashier: order is placed unpaid and settled in person.
You can also set a checkout policy line (e.g. "No refunds") in the same tab — it shows in the customer's confirm dialog.
