POS (walk-in orders)

POS (sidebar) is the staff-facing register for keying in walk-in orders: pick products, take payment (cash/card/PayNow), and the order enters the same Orders flow.
- Refunds: the Refunds button in the POS header lists today's paid orders — refund an item or the whole order without leaving the register. Card-paid orders can be refunded back to card (Stripe) or handed back as cash; every refund records the staff member and reason.
- Happy-hour prices apply automatically at the register during their windows (regular price shown struck through).
One register serves one Location. Available when the POS feature is enabled on your plan.
