Three opt-in emails run themselves (Settings > Brand Memory > Automated insights):
Business digest — sales, bookings, inventory and top customer questions, weekly / fortnightly / monthly, sent to the owner plus up to 10 staff emails. Growth+ includes revenue vs costs with the P&L PDF attached.
Daily anomaly alerts — a heads-up when sales drop sharply, stock runs critically low, or eBot escalations spike.
Nightly end-of-day report — after 9pm, today's takings by payment method with the full order list attached as CSV (drawer reconciliation, or import into your POS/accounting software).
