Commission, incentives and targets

Two names are kept on every sale: Served by (who was at the till — it prints on the receipt) and Done by, per item (who did the treatment or sold the item). Commission only ever counts Done by.
Naming staff: at the POS pick Served by and the By: on each item. For orders that came in online or by chat, open the order and use Staff on this order. Once a pay run covering that day is posted, the names are locked.
Rules: Assistants > HR > Pay > Commission and incentives > Add a rule. Choose what it counts — their own sales, items they did, or their outlet's sales — and how: a percentage, an amount per item, a fixed amount, or tiers ("once it reaches $5,000"). Sales are counted at the price actually paid, after discounts and points. What would this month pay? previews it; Sales by staff shows the figures behind it.
The pay run adds commission and incentives to each person's pay automatically, as wages or as additional wages so CPF is worked out correctly. Don't also type them in as a bonus.
Targets: HR > Pay > Targets (KPI) > Add a target — a monthly figure for their own sales, items they did, or their outlet's sales, for everyone, chosen staff, or staff at chosen outlets. Everyone's progress shows on the card.
Each person sees their own month on My sales in the sidebar — what they sold, commission so far, and their targets. It works when their login email matches the email on their staff record; nobody can see a colleague's figures there.
